Meta WhatsApp CRM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. No physical products are shipped. Access to the service is provided digitally via your registered email and dashboard login.
2. Activation Time
Once your payment is confirmed, your CRM account is typically activated within 2 to 12 hours. In most cases, activation is immediate.

4. Service Area

We strive for 99.9% uptime. In case of scheduled maintenance or unplanned downtime, you will be notified via email or dashboard alert.
7. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features as needed. Major changes will be communicated in advance via email or announcements.
