Refund Policy

At Meta WhatsApp CRM, we strive to deliver the best quality service to our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
1. No Refunds on Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services and SaaS platforms, all purchases made for Meta WhatsApp CRM are final. We do not offer refunds once the subscription or credits have been activated.
2. Free Trial
If you are unsure whether our CRM is the right fit for you, we encourage you to start with our free trial (if available). This allows you to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties, our support team will do their best to resolve the issue. Contact us at support@yourcrm.com.
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify and process a refund for the extra amount.
5. Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback without contacting support is a violation of our policy. We reserve the right to suspend your account in such cases.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining unused days in your billing cycle.
